Light appetizer, salads, cooked with garlic and oil, as well as prepared to oriental dishes. Of course ideal for the aperitif.
It surprises for its subtile aromas of strawberry and forest fruits, as well as, nuances of tropical fruit. One on the palate has a sweet and nice atack. It’s structured with a strong acidity at the end leaving a nice balsamic freshness.
Harvest at night, macerates during 10 hours at a low temperature to extract as many aromas as possible, and the vatting off of the free-run juice. It ferments in stainless steel deposits for 20 days at a constant temperature.
